Modcheck is run by Mohamed Bata. For questions about your data, use the contact form.
Contact and feedback: name (optional), email address (required only for contact) and your message, only to reply to you or improve the site. We delete messages once handled, after 12 months at the latest.
Error reports on a rule: only the text you enter, with no name or email attached.
There are no accounts and no analytics or advertising cookies.
We set two functional cookies, lang (language) and country (country), kept for 1 year so your choice is remembered. They do not need consent.
The site runs on Vercel and the database on Supabase. Your IP address is processed temporarily to serve pages and to limit abuse of the forms (5 messages per hour at most). We do not store it in our database. Fonts are hosted on our own server, nothing is loaded from Google.
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and object to its use, through the contact form. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country (Belgium: Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données, Netherlands: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, Luxembourg: CNPD).
